Meet the Founder
Joseph I. Lewis, Ed.D.
Dr. Joseph Lewis is a highly accomplished and dedicated leader in the field of educational technology and leadership. Joseph began his career in public education in Dallas, Texas as an elementary school teacher, eventually transitioning to the role of Assistant Principal. He later relocated to Washington, D.C., where he served as a Middle School Assistant Principal and subsequently the Director of Multitiered Systems of Support (MTSS) at the District of Columbia Public Schools.
As the Founder of ComplexED Solutions, an early-stage IT and Educational consulting venture based in Washington, D.C., Joseph leverages his extensive background as a former educator, school leader, and district-level administrator to guide ComplexED’s core principles, which focus on providing tailored and needs-based solutions that empower school and district leaders to meet to their goals and drive positive change.
